Because we’re not your typical accountants. We combine expertise with technology to make your life easier — fast, efficient, and actually responsive. We drop the professional intimidation, not the standards.

Our pricing depends on the services you need and the complexity of your business. We offer fixed monthly packages or per-service billing — no surprises.

Absolutely. We deal with SARS on your behalf, including audits, verifications, disputes, and payment arrangements.

We go beyond compliance — we help you understand your numbers and make better business decisions.

Yes. We focus on tax efficiency while staying fully compliant with SARS regulations.

Yes. Regardless of how many years are outstanding, it is always better to bring your submissions up to date sooner rather than later.

Not at all. SARS now gives taxpayers more control over their profiles, meaning a change of accountants can usually be completed within a single day. We will liaise with your previous accountant ensuring a seamless transition.

General Accounting Specifics

When do I need to register for VAT?

You must register when your turnover exceeds R2.3 million in a 12-month period. Voluntary registration may be possible from R120,000 — we can advise based on your situation.

SARS may impose penalties and interest. The sooner you act, the better — we can help resolve and minimise the damage.

Yes. If your company is still active, you are required to submit tax returns, even if there was no trading activity. SARS may issue recurring monthly administrative penalties ranging from R250 to R16,000 if returns are not submitted.

SARS charges interest monthly on any outstanding amounts. After a period of non-payment, they may issue a final demand, giving you 10 days to settle the debt or make a payment arrangement. If this is ignored, SARS can appoint a third party (such as your bank) to deduct funds directly from your account.

You can operate either as a registered company or as an individual (sole proprietor). However, depending on your circumstances, operating through a company can offer better tax planning opportunities.
